I am a solo mother to a very special little person, with whom we have just started our third year of homeschooling, along with 1 dog and 3 cats. My purpose is to clear and shift energy within the body and spaces to bring balance, understanding and awareness.

My healing journey began after years of struggles and obstacles, like many of us have. I grew up feeling like I never fit in. I was always trying to please someone, never being true to myself. After losing my father when I was 21, and a traumatic relationship breakup, I used alcohol to escape until I fell pregnant. After having my son, my life became simply about just surviving, and I wanted more for myself and for my son. Being a mum to a neurodivergent child encouraged me to search for alternative ways to support his health and wellbeing. This led me down the path of crystals and energy healing.

Looking back on my “failures”, I now realise them as catalysts to get me to this point today. I am able to draw on my past experiences to best support and empathise with my clients. From battling with an eating disorder since my teens, to alcohol dependency, difficult relationships, loss, and anxiety, I am no longer ashamed as these experiences prepared me for now.

After I completed my studies in crystal healing, I began with Reiki and found the missing piece I had been searching for all my life. This was my soul’s purpose. I have now competed studies in other healing modalities and love sharing them with my clients.

I want my clients to become aware of imbalances, for awareness is the first step in healing. For they too can move beyond the anxiety and pain and live a life that they were meant for, that they deserve, for their highest good and the highest good of all. My studies include:
