As winter gently draws us inward, we’re invited to pause, breathe, and listen more deeply.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is governed by the Water element — a time for rest, reflection, and replenishment. This seasonal retreat offers you a quiet space to honour that rhythm: to release, restore, and return to your inner stillness.
What to Expect
❄️Qigong for Elemental Alignment
A slow, flowing practice to nourish your body and energy through winter. Supporting the kidneys and bladder — the Water element organs — this class helps restore vitality and calm the nervous system.
❄️Guided Meditation + Water Release Ritual
Settle into stillness with a grounding, inward-focused meditation to connect with what you’re ready to release. Afterwards, you’ll be guided through a quiet ritual: writing your intention on paper and placing it into a bowl of water — symbolising surrender, softening, and letting go.
❄️ Gong Fu Tea Ceremony
We’ll close with a slow, meditative tea ceremony — a quiet space to integrate, rest and simply be. You’ll be served various herbal brews that supports the Water element and the body’s natural rhythm in winter.
